Creative Events & Workshops

Outside of 1:1 therapy, I offer opportunities to help you access your inner voice, overcome barriers to self-expression and reconnect with your body in a group format. As a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, I also offer professional development for therapists, clinicians and medical professionals.

Upcoming Community Events

Whether you call yourself an artist or not, these drop-in events are a great opportunity to reconnect with your creative spark.

No prior experience.

No ego.

Just self-expression.

Upcoming Clinician Events

As a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT), I also provide workshops focused on applications of expressive arts therapy in care.

These are great for traditional social workers, therapists, and other mental health providers, and meet REAT continuing education requirements.

Writing While Tender is a trauma-aware container where personal experience is gently guided into expressive writing. With rotating themes, this quarterly writing series is a great opportunity to pause, drop in and process the tender experiences of your life. All writing levels welcome!

Do you feel disconnected from the signals of your own body? In this trauma-informed movement class you will be invited to re-pair with the sensory wisdom of your nervous system through guided and consent-forward exercises.

This workshop will explore the use of somatic and movement-based interventions to improve therapeutic attunement in session. Clinicians will experience four interventions, will practice facilitating two interventions, and will receive handouts and a list of guiding questions for integration.
